Costa Estates has access to all properties for sale on the Costa del Sol (both new developments and resales) and offers all its customers a free A to Z service. Beside our services as a buying agency, we can also help you with all others matters you will encounter when buying a home in Spain. We assist you during the entire sales process and will make your purchase on the Costa del Sol a lot easier and less stressful. Please find below a complete overview of our services and working method.
- After you have provided us with your search requirements, we will directly start looking for your dream home on the coast. As a buying agency we have access to all properties for sale on the Costa del Sol. We are a member of the biggest agency network of the coast and we can show you all available resales and new developments (almost 20.000 properties). This means that we will offer you the best available options on the Costa del Sol and that not one single option will be missed.
- When you come to Spain for a viewing trip, we will make all appointments with the selling agencies and new developments. Depending on the number of selected properties viewing all suitable options can take up to three days.
- We are a buying agency and we are therefore completely objective. It does not matter to us which of the offered properties you decide to purchase and our advice will be for this reason always independent and objective.
- When you have found the home of your dreams, we will make an offer for you on the property. It speaks for itself that we will try to close the deal for the lowest possible price. Please note that making an offer on a new development is hardly ever possible.
- When a verbal agreement has been reached with the vendor, we can introduce you (if needed) to a local solicitor that will represent you during the entire purchase process. This solicitor will do the property due diligence and will check if the property you wish to purchase is free of debts and legally built. The solicitor will also help you with opening a bank account, obtaining a tax number, connecting water and light, legal advice and all automatic payments from your bank account.
- Before your purchase we can introduce you to local mortgage brokers and tax specialists.
- We will guide you (together with your lawyer) through the entire purchase process and keep you up to date about all progress made. We can also help you to prepare an inventory and we can make a last inspection of the property before handover (if applicable).
- With a power of attorney your lawyer can sign the title deed of your new home at the notary office and also receive the keys of the property. This means that you do not have to be in Spain for the property transfer.
- After completion our job is still not done. If needed we can introduce you to several of our close relations and advice you about things like building works, A/C, furniture deals, internet providers, painting and all other matters you might encounter when purchasing a property in Spain. We can also help you with things like cleaning, letting and key holding.
- Even well after your purchase you can always contact us with questions about your property. We believe in long term relationships and help and advice our clients as long as needed.
